Section 41
To receive cooked salary, allowance
(1) Employees will get salary and allowance after payment every month.
(2) The employee will get the salary and allowance even if he is not in service for any reason.
(3) Except as provided in this Act or the rules made under this Act, the salary of the employee shall not be deducted.
(4) The salary received by an employee shall not be suspended while the employee is working or on leave.
(5) Notwithstanding anything contained elsewhere in this Act, no salary shall be paid to any employee without passing a salary report from the Civil Library every year.
